Oliver Vapor does not do ANYTHING with your info. 

Square is our card provider and they will do or not do any industry standard policy with your card info. This is beyond our control and not worth worrying about unless you plan to only use cash at every business you visit. 

Because Loyalty Points are tracked via your phone number you may receive from Square text message offers from Square.

This is also beyond our control but well within yours: Text "stop" as a reply and you'll be opted out of spam texts.
